Location Data Disclosure for Servixo Employee
When location permission is granted, Servixo Employee may access approximate or precise device location while the app is in use. During an authorized active work session, and when the employee's organization has enabled applicable location or geofence functionality, Servixo Employee may collect precise location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use.
This location data is used for active-work tracking, geofence monitoring, service location verification, and Automatic Clock Out. Location data used for these functions is transmitted to Servixo services over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections so the authorized workforce features can operate.
Authorized administrators of the employee's organization may access location-related workforce records when applicable. Trusted infrastructure or mapping service providers may process limited location information only as necessary to provide Servixo functionality. Sincromyl Inc does not sell Servixo Employee location data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Employees control Android location permissions through the device Settings. Disabling a required location permission may prevent location-dependent workforce features from functioning correctly.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features used by you and your organization, Servixo Employee may collect or process the following categories of information.
- Account information, including employee user ID, phone number, and email address when provided.
- Approximate and precise location information.
- Work activity, including assigned services, Clock In and Clock Out activity, service status, work history, and related workforce actions.
- Messages sent or received through Servixo's in-app messaging features.
- Photos and other content voluntarily submitted in connection with work or assigned services.
- Notes, incident information, supply requests, confirmations, and other user-generated work content.
- Device identifiers and notification registration identifiers used to operate the application and deliver push notifications.
- Diagnostic information used to identify technical problems, verify app functionality, and troubleshoot location or service activity.
2. How We Use Information
Servixo uses collected information to provide and maintain authorized workforce functionality, including:
- Authenticating authorized employees.
- Displaying assigned services and schedules.
- Supporting Clock In and Clock Out workflows.
- Maintaining service and work history.
- Providing hours and earnings information.
- Delivering company and service notifications.
- Supporting secure in-app messaging.
- Processing supply requests and workforce actions.
- Supporting geofence and active-work functionality.
- Diagnosing technical or operational problems.
- Protecting the security and integrity of the platform.
3. Location and Background Location
Location is used only for authorized Servixo workforce features and is not used for advertising.
Servixo Employee accesses and collects precise location data to enable active-work tracking, geofence monitoring, service location verification, and Automatic Clock Out, including during an authorized active work session when the app is in the background, closed, or otherwise not in use.
Background location is used for authorized workforce functions associated with active work and related location-based service functionality.
Servixo does not use background location to provide advertising or build advertising profiles.
On supported Android versions, users may be asked to configure Servixo Employee to allow location access while the app is not in use. Location permissions can later be changed through Android Settings.
Some Servixo functions may be unavailable or may not work correctly if required location permissions are disabled.
4. Your Organization and Workforce Data
Servixo Employee operates as part of the Servixo platform used by your organization.
Authorized administrators of your organization may have access to workforce information associated with their company, including assigned services, work activity, service status, messages, submitted work content, Clock In and Clock Out information, and location-related workforce records where applicable.
Each organization is responsible for its own employment, workforce, recordkeeping, and internal privacy practices.
5. Service Providers
Sincromyl Inc may use trusted service providers to operate Servixo infrastructure and provide application features. These providers may process limited information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
These services may include hosting infrastructure, push-notification delivery, mapping or location functionality, communications infrastructure, security services, and technical support systems. Where necessary to operate location-dependent workforce features, hosting or mapping providers may process limited location data on Sincromyl Inc's behalf and only for the applicable service.
Servixo Employee uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications to registered devices.
6. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information
Servixo Employee does not display third-party advertising and does not use the Android Advertising ID for advertising.
Sincromyl Inc does not sell personal information collected through Servixo Employee.
7. Data Security
Servixo uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
Data transmitted between Servixo Employee and Servixo services is protected using encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS where applicable.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Servixo services, maintain workforce and service records, support security and audit requirements, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and meet legitimate business or organizational recordkeeping requirements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the organization using Servixo, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
9. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with Servixo Employee.
Certain workforce, accounting, audit, security, contractual, or legally required records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Servixo Employee is intended for authorized workforce users and is not directed to children.
The application is not designed for use by children and is not marketed as a children's application.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Sincromyl Inc may update this Privacy Policy when Servixo features, legal requirements, or privacy practices change.
The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
